1. Remove the RPWFE filter from the packaging, as well as any plastic wrap and protective end caps.
2. Remove the old filter from the top of the left side wall of your interior fresh food compartment by opening the refrigerator.
3. Place a little cloth behind the filter in case any water spills. Pull on the bottom of the RPWFE cartridge to allow it to swing forward after opening the filter door. To remove the filter, gently pull it away from you; do not twist it.
4. Align the new RPWFE replacement filter with the word “back” facing the filter compartment and push until the filter is securely in place.
5. To cleanse the system, run four to five gallons of water via your refrigerator’s water dispenser.
