- Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed the next Monday, except during holidays.
- Shipping Duration: Packages typically arrive within 2-5 working days. Therefore, expect delivery within 3-7 working days, depending on location.
Customers can track their packages via our online customer service, which monitors orders in real-time.
Note: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order, as updates cannot be made once the package is in transit.
Service Area
Our shipping services are currently available only within the United States, allowing us to maintain efficient and prompt delivery standards. We do not process international orders at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support.

If a package has not been received after 60 calendar days, customers will receive a full refund and can choose to have the package reshipped or receive a $5 coupon as compensation.
Lost Packages
In the event of a lost package, please contact us with your order number. While we aren’t liable for transit losses, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
