  • Return Period: Full refunds are available for items returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Goods: Ensure the item is returned in its original condition, with complete packaging of refrigerator deodorization products and all attached certificates. Deodorization products should be kept dry, in a sealed box, to avoid exposure to air. Prevent direct collisions and friction with hard objects to keep surfaces undamaged.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations can be made within 30 minutes of ordering. Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be credited to your payment account in the same manner, excluding the shipping fee. Processing times vary by payment method, typically between 1-2 working days. If delayed, contact us at [email protected].

  • Initial Inspection: Upon arrival, check deodorization products for quality and compatibility with your expectations.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If reported within 60 days, replacements or refunds are available at no cost.
  • Mismatched Returns: If a product differs from the return description upon return, we will reject it and return the item. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Keep these until the return is completed. Missing products verified by us will be shipped within 1-2 working days at our cost. For items returned due to dissatisfaction, items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs will be borne by you, but no relisting fee is charged.
